These Terms of Service govern your use of the Provenita platform and all related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Provenita's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Provenita provides a closed-loop payment platform enabling users to create category-controlled vouchers and cards for spending at contracted merchants. The platform includes wallets, vouchers, Provenita Pass cards, merchant payment processing, and settlement services.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. KYC Requirements
All users must complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing full platform features. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
5. Transactions and Fees
Transaction fees are disclosed before confirmation. FX rates are provided by our banking partners and locked at the time of voucher or card load creation. All monetary values are processed in minor units (cents/centimos).
6. Voucher and Card Terms
- Vouchers are valid for 180 days (90 days for merchant-scoped) unless stated otherwise
- Category restrictions are enforced at the point of sale
- Provenita Pass cards are subject to spending limits and category controls set by the funding user
- Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed
7. Merchant Settlements
Contracted merchants receive weekly settlements in their chosen currency (AOA, EUR, or USD). Settlement schedules and processing fees are defined in merchant agreements.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Provenita for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of prohibited activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
Provenita is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including banking system delays, network failures, or regulatory actions.
